I waited hours and still had to bring my car back the next day just for an oil change, guy at front desk was very lazy, he sat and ate food the entire time. When he did get phone calls he told each person that called the same thing accepting appointments for the Sam time over and over again while knowing those people wouldn’t be able to be seen that day. Once his general or area manager walked in he started to get up and actually do his job. The mechanic was nice but moved very very very slow. Worst experience ever

I live close by here in Blue Bell so it's very convenient to have a dependable shop just a few minutes from home. The manager Anthony has always been very helpful and alleviates a lot of the stress around car repairs. My entire family comes here for our oil changes, inspections, brakes, and any other general maintenance. It has always been a positive experience and I look forward to working with them again next time.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change ($59.99). The fine print said there would be additional charges for the following: Extra quarts beyond the five (5) included quarts with this Groupon Voucher are available for purchase at time of service for an additional fee. Premium or canister filters are available for purchase at the time of service for an additional fee. Does not include tax or shop fees (where applicable); See Store for further details. The additional charges came to $44.41. The additional charges made the total cost more expensive then if I had gone to my regular service center. I find these charges to be completely unreasonable yet I was stuck because I had already paid for the Groupon.

Anthony helped me with my car’s TPMS error and checked my tires couple of times with no charge and very quickly. Also, very helpful to get me in for car inspection fast and at reasonable cost. Easy going and very helpful staff.
