Recently, my girlfriend and I were traveling home from a road trip and lost an idler pulley on 476. Luckily, we were able to limp it to a nearby park off the highway without damaging things further. I called AutoZone, and they had the part. I explained that I had no way of getting there safely or without damaging the Jeep further. The staff were more than happy to accommodate and drove 20 mins one way out of their busy day to deliver the part. I asked if I could give him a tip, which he respectfully declined and asked to leave a review. Which I would have done either way! Great people and very knowledgable. Thank you, guys! You saved us a headache!

My brake light came on, and I was so nervous to drive and had all of these concerns and as soon as I walked in with my issue at AutoZone, the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to me and so helpful to put brake fluid in my engine Which is something I didn’t even know existed! He explained to me what the issue was and he reiterated that I should still get my brakes checked just to be safe. We need more people like him in this world and customer service. Thank you to whoever you are.! PS my brake light is no longer on!

I was facing a tight deadline, needed a new battery so I wouldn’t end up stranded somewhere. Brian Burke was awesome! He put in a battery in under 30 minutes, delivering superb customer service. Really nice guy, highly recommend!

it's Saturday early evening brutal outdoor temperatures and I discover I have a mechanical issue with my jeep. I phoned AutoZone Brian a Burke answered the phone. I explained the issue and he very quickly identified a fix. He checked his inventory and his availability he told me to bring the jeep in and within an hour my issue was resolved. Thank you Brian Burke for the excellent service. We definitely would not hesitate to return or to refer customers your way.

The staff at this location are wonderful. My family and I went in a few weeks ago and the gentleman working that night was so helpful. My husband forgot his gas cap at a gas station and needed a replacement. The gentleman (sorry never got his name) helped him with that and some other parts. He chatted with us for a bit about cars and projects. Made us feel welcome. He, also, was very sweet to our toddlers. Our oldest happened to lose her baby doll while we were there and we did a quick search, couldn't find her. He took our number and told our daughter he would look for her. We had gone back a few times and called in hopes her doll would turn up. She had faith the man would find it. Although she hasn't turned up, the staff truly showed compassion and Manny (I think he said his name was over the phone) had said he had been keeping his eyes out for it. That alone meant a lot to hear. Just on customer service alone, we will definitely be making it our go to location. I felt they definitely deserve the positive feedback.
