I put one star only because I HAD to! This place is a joke & completely unprofessional. I took my car to be aligned, they put it on the alignment machine & the gave it to me when it was "done" I started driving down the road & I noticed my wheel was completely sideways to the right. I took it back & they put it on the alignment machine again, tested it & it STILL wasn't aligned. So they put it on for the THIRD time & I'm sure you can figure out the outcome. STILL WASNT ALIGNED! The manager offered me a free oil change for the hassle, when we just wanted a full refund but he refused! Paid $151 & my car still isn't aligned, it's complete bull crap & the manager is AWFUL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! THEY HAVE PEOPLE JUST WALKING IN THE GARAGE, BECAUSE THEIR FRIENDS WORK THERE.

Monro's district office was very misleading,I ask twice about cost of oil change an filter and both times they said $39.00,after I described my vehicle,he insisted that price was for full synthetic oil. I went,my car was pulled into garage,where I was informed of correct pricing, Well I was there and needed a oil change B4 a road trip.$116.00 later, I was on the road. Will never use their service again. It's Sad when Corporate can't get it right.I guess if it sounds to good to be true,it most likely is.Ty 4 reading. Disappointed Me.

Definelty wouldn’t recommend for fabrication work or even tire install, clearly explained to them I wanted white walls out didn’t do that , broke my back center caps and didn’t inform me until I noticed after I was home and the exhaust welds are rats nest there terrible not to mention the rattle off the crossmember every time I rev the engine!!!! They seriously need re-trained or shut down no accountability or respect for this place. Especially sucks when I had to have a tow truck tow for it and if they wanna fix it I have to tow it back aswell prices aren’t cheap checkout s&s for exhaust work Definitely worth the time not this place !!!
