Jessie and his assistant were incredibly helpful and kind! Jessie took the time to explain how to take good care of my car. They also got me in for an appointment to have my oil changed at the last minute, and it could not have possibly been a better experience! Thank you guys! :)

Would definitely recommend!! Took my car in for brakes and they were honest and said I didn't need them yet! Didn't try to make me buy stuff I didn't need! As a woman would definitely recommend and will go back for all my automotive needs!!!

Great experience today while getting new tires on my car. Jesse was great!!! He was very friendly and answered all my questions when talking to him on the phone to order my tires and make my appointment and while I waited to get my tires put on. I give Jesse and Monro Auto 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took my car over to this Monroe muffler to get repairs done, on my window. A few days later I start to have all kinds of problems with my front end. They were not supposed to do anything under my car. The female manager was very rude and deceptive when I went back and pointed this out. What ever is happening with my car, it was done purposely. Reason being: I'm African American. People of color beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!

I had an appointment this weekend to fix my tires. When I got there, I asked if I could schedule a state inspection for a later date, but they went ahead and did it for me during the appointment which I really appreciated. They have the most affordable price I've seen in the area for inspection & emissions. I came here last year, and they took great care of my vehicle then as well. Highly recommend

Prompt appointment for new tires and installation that took about an hour to complete (not bad). After we got back into the car the tire pressure light was on. We went back into the shop to see if it could be checked and reset but were waived off basically being told it would go away after driving (fine simple enough). We drove all the way home and it was still on. Turns out that each tire was a different number when we checked them and none were to spec. This could have been a simple fix for them but no. Why would you install brand new tires and not inflate them correctly? Poor customer service, it really is the simple things that can ruin an experience.

Jessie and Jimmy were awesome! Honest, Professional, Friendly! Completely upfront with what I needed to repair on my car and what didn't need done. Didn't pressure me at all. I will be bringing my car back the next time it needs serviced!

Price is crazy high, tires weren't balanced correctly and have a vibration now and couldn't even get my tire pressures close. 48, 41,31,28...I paid $150 to have 4 tires done which is double from what most everyone else charges and now I have to go back to have them balanced again bc of incompetence. I would put NO stars if it'd let me
