AVOID I setup an appointment on Wednesday for a Saturday for an alignment. I had called the shop 45 minutes before the appointment and leaving the house to see if I should wait for the car to be serviced there or come back if it would take longer. I was told "We will have you in and out so you can wait if you'd like." So I decided to go alone. Got there at 1:45 for a 2PM I get there and go to hand my key to the guy at the counter and he tells me "Sorry we can't do it today. The boss left to Calcutta to get a tire for a customer and we can't do anything since he's the only one that can access the computer." I explained I had an appointment and had just called under an hour ago to not run into such an issue. It didn't seem to even register. I was told I could wait if I wanted. I decided to wait for a few. Not only did the one person who can apparently run all the electronics there disappear but 2 other mechanics apparently called off. I decided to try to wait but after watching people come in and try to pick up their already paid for vehicles and be told to go home since the computers were unavailable and others show up with appointments be turned away (without apparently being called to warn them) I decided this place needs none of my business. The two mechanics there didn't work on anything while the boss was away but seemed to talk about all the customers openly through the thin walls of the waiting room to the shop as if it was their job. I will never go here ever for any service. I'm betting I will get the generic "Sorry, thanks for helping us improve. Call this number." Response. Absolute waste of time. Especially since I called before leaving to verify.

What an unprofessional waste of time! I contacted them to replace the rear taillight assembly on my F-250. We scheduled a date. I got there, early. Waited 20 minutes to find out they had forgot to order it. They apologized place it on order while I was there and we set an appointment for three days after it arrived. I came for the appointment, no light assembly. I asked why they didn't call me, and they said "we didn't think about it." Needless to say I will NEVER do business ruth these clowns again. I'm just happy they didn't actually touch my truck!

Made an online appointment for checking tires and replacing the them. I asked couple dumb questions. They willingly to explain me about tires service. Appreciated their service.

Made an appointment two days in advance. Showed up on time and they got right to work, I was in and out for an inspection in 1 hour!! Also they had the cheapest price around totaling at 86 dollars! Thanks again I’ll be back next year 😄

I’ve been taking my 2015 Subaru Crosstrex to Monroe almost exclusively since I bought it for regular upkeep and various repairs. Rob and the staff at the Beaver Falls shop have been the best. I have over 220,000 miles on it and truly appreciate their effort and care of my vehicle over all of these years. They always fit me in their schedule and have made maintenance and repairs easy and convenient for me.

I bought two new tires online. Took my car & tires to Monroe. I waited in lobby while mechanics did the job. Thankful they fit me in w/o appointment bc old tires were dangerously bald.
