I was in a real tight spot when I brought my car in. I couldn’t drive my vehicle anywhere else due to loosing power. I walked into their office and was greeted professionally by both mechanics. I am younger so not being what feels like taken advantage of at a mechanic shop is a great change to what I’m used to. They ordered my parts and before I could have my buddy pick me up the parts arrived and they were under the hood of my vehicle. I was able to speak with the owner on the phone for updates on my vehicle and was always nice to me on the phone. I unfortunately arrived later than they were open and called the owner and he let me take my vehicle to drive around and get to school in the morning before paying which I respected a lot. I brought my vehicle over the next day happy to pay the shop and it ended up being less than I was expecting compared to my other experiences at shops near by. Overall this whole experience was refreshing compared to what I was used to. Thanks again to this great crew - Victor

!!NOT A SPAM OR FAKE REVIEW!! The only reason he would say that is because he didn’t make you sign any paperwork, so there is no evidence of you being there as a customer. He told me to drop my truck off for a QUOTE to get some simple rewiring done. I dropped it off Monday morning, didn’t hear anything back that night. Called him the next day, he says oh we are wrapping things up the wiring is really bad and had to build a new circuit. I asked for just a quote! He kept on ignoring my calls all week and would occasionally answer to tell me how busy he was and how my truck would be done the next day. He did this all week. Saturday comes along and I was so sick and tired of it, I called him and told him that I just wanted a quote and didn’t want anything done. He then said it’s only gonna be about 700 dollars! And said we will figure it out. If I knew it was gonna be 700 dollars ANDREW SANTIAGO I wouldn’t have gave you my truck. Despite all of this it was supposed to be done on Tuesday wich is the day I’m writing this. He stopped responding to my calls completely and it kept on saying call failed. I then drove to the shop to pick up my truck no matter the condition. I went to the shop nowhere to be found. I went in the junkyard to the right of the house and there it was. Running for probably hours on end. I looked around the truck and took off some ropes that have been tied around my leaf springs and in my hood for some reason. No wiring was done at all that I was told was done. Absolutely ridiculous! I had to steal my truck back from this guy that was gonna charge me bookoo bucks for! I called him to confront him after and he acted like he couldn’t hear me. I called him on my brothers phone and boom answered and could hear me just fine in my oddly fake deep voice I gave him lol. I told him everything that happened and that I took my truck back and he didn’t say anything and hung up on me ridiculous! Again not a fake post no matter what he comments under this!

Do not use this guy. When I first called him, he answered and was pretty responsive. Then after I got the truck dropped off, crickets for days. Went to the shop and it was just some guy that couldn't speak english and had no idea what was going on. Tried calling and texting the guy multiple times with no response. There are way better and more reliable mechanics around. Don't waste your time.

Andy was very supportive when I recently had a tire close to exploding. All of the other shops said a polite no due to not having the tire I needed and due to the upcoming holiday. Andy went out of his way to find used tires on Facebook and we were planning to coordinate a time to install those tires on my car. Thankfully, another local tire shop called with a full new set that I got instead but having someone understand your situation and truly try their best to help? That meant a lot to me. People don’t and cannot plan their car issues around holidays Bozeman! Thanks again Andy!

I can’t say enough good things about this operation. Called with a critical issue with my vehicle. I was dead. Instead os sellling me tow and repair, they walked me through how to get my vehicle working myself. They followed up to confirm I got back on the road. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
