I scheduled an appointment for 12pm, once I arrived he told me he was backed up and couldn’t get the car in for three hours. Then he tells me my appointment wasn’t at 12pm it was for 3pm. They seem like nice people but I am very disappointed. I live 40 minutes from this location and I feel like I wasted my time.

Car (2020 honda accord) wouldn’t pass the emissions test due to the remote start they put in messing with the system! Owner lacked accountability and got very upset about the situation and almost refused a refund even though the remote start had to be removed for my car to pass the emissions test. Owner showed unprofessionalism (cussing at the computer, throwing our receipts) we only got half our money back.

Had a new Kenwood head unit and back up camera installed in my 2017 Fiat 500. Beautiful work! They even took me into the garage when the job was finished to show me how everything worked before they handed me my keys. Went in today to get dash cams installed. Andy greeted me and let me know what they will be doing. I spoke to the installer, Robbie who took the time to let me know the best placement of the cameras and battery backup. When I picked the car up I was delighted how professional everything was installed. I highly recommend this business for any electronics work. Thanks again for taking care of my baby!
