The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I can't give them zero Stars. Almost three years ago we had my windshield replaced through mobile auto. Not only did they order the wrong window without the tinting across the top but they scratched up my Dash in the process. They did make that right by giving us a discount so we could have the windshield tinted but did nothing about my Dash. Later my husband had his windshield crack filled by them. The filling came out the next time he wash his car. They proceeded to blame him because he uses Rain-X on his windshield. Now my windshield that we had replaced through them has started to leak but they are refusing to honor their lifetime Auto Services guarantee. So we had to take it somewhere else to have the seal around the windshield fixed which then the windshield broke and we had to replace it again out of our own pocket. This company has cost us more in the long run than it should have and they refuse to honor their lifetime guarantee on their workmanship. Update 5-13-20 I'm happy that the owner took the time to respond. Our car did have aftermarket tint. Before ordering the windshield, the owner asked if we wanted the factory tint across the top or just clear. We stated that we wanted tint, and then the owner ordered clear, which is what lead to them paying for the aftermarket tint. We were told that they knew it was wrong when they arrived but installed it anyway, but only acknowledged it after we contacted them. I was willing to drop one thing, but having the wrong window, scratching the dash, and having a chip repair come out forced me to contact them. They also missed appointments because they couldn't find the only white Monte Carlo in a parking lot. Finally they tried to shift blame by leaving out facts when responding to a review. The overall experience was poor at best and we've happily used other service providers since.

Very happy. I'm dot and can't be on the road with cracked window. Told them when I would be home and they came right out and half the price of 4 others I called that required me to bring truck to them. im sure I will need more windshields in the future and I will use them.
