Mo's Garage

I'ved used Mo for over 10 years. Spent about 10 grand and sent all my friends and family there. Now it seems he's so busy he has no time to return calls for more work. I even went as far to contact his manager Ann. She read my message never replied. So if you want to get some work actually done? Go someplace else.

I got over charged for the work that was done and wasn't called and told what needed to be done or quoted a price. I asked to have my transmission checked for a leak and he did a flush without talking to me about it first and way over charged for it. I was told that I had a leak in a transmission and a clamp was lose so he fixed that and told me that he ordered a part on line because it was less that half price and it would be in by the next week. I never received a call saying that the part came in so two and a half weeks later I stopped in to ask about it and was told that the part never came in. He didn't say anything about checking on it so I left and it's been 7 months and I still haven't been contacted about the transition line. Usually when I have my vehicle worked on by a professional I'm called before any work is done unless I specifically tell them what I want done when I drop my car off. I am usually given an invoice with a breakdown of what was done, how much the part is and how much the labor is. All I got from Mo's Garage was a list of what was done and the cost with the total at the bottom that was written on a small receipt book and I got the carbon copy.

The guy who owns the shop is awesome a Master Mechanic every time I've gone in there I needed something from an oil change to a spark plug to a windshield wiper to a simple tire replacement the owner and his crew are awesome the front desk lady very understanding looks for ways to save you money the owner and his crew are all about community saving the community money on car repairs as long as I live around here Mo's garage will be the place I take my vehicles the dude even helped me fix my lawn mower once I couldn't get it started took him 2 minutes do nothing was up and going that's what I mean by this guy is all about Community didn't charge me a dime the places good place to take your car for sure at least give the guy a chance
