Nicole is fantastic. Had issues with part. She jumped right in to help obtain the part I needed. Even said I would have it same day so I could be back on the road! She called couple hours later that part was ready for pick up.

***For the record this review is for NAPA as a company. The staff at this specific location was fantastic when they could help.*** Got brakes here, had to warranty replace them three times within a year, switch to Detroit Axel brakes and they work great, haven't had to change them. NAPA is not as good, cheap parts that don't hold up. As you can see the corporate response. I attempted to call the number for resolution, I was tossed around by phone for a couple hours and everyone said they couldn't do anything. For some more context. The metal is cheap and they are warping. At the corporate level, they told me "Our brakes can't warp", I am an engineer and everything can warp, I regret to inform everyone they haven't solved the material warping problem. I am still very interested in resolving this if someone actually that can resolve it would like to reach out NAPA. I also still have the rotors to prove the warping issue if you want them back to actually study how they did indeed warp. Your move NAPA.

Walked in and was greeted with a friendly hello. Grabbed some transmission fluid to purchase and when the total came up it was cheaper then the tag? I said, "Did you give me a discount?" He replied "yes" now that's customer service!!!! I didn't even ask he just hooked me up! Definitely shopping here for all my automotive needs! Give that man a raise!
