I’ve brought my 2022 Cooper SE in twice over the past year, one for its 2-year service and another for a programming recall. Ruben helped me both times and was awesome to work with. He got me checked in quickly and both of my service appointments were finished ahead of schedule. In addition, the car wash they provide is better than other dealerships. Everyone was really friendly too.
