My car was keyed and this facility did my auto body repair. Although they did fine work on my car, they employ thieves!!!! I left my car with them for 2 weeks and upon the return of my vehicle, I noticed that my compact battery charger (responsible for powering my vehicle daily when my alternator gave out) was missing! I called the manager and asked him to check & see if it was left out somewhere and he never returned my call. If you get work done here, do not have valuables in your car! You think you can trust a luxury brand like BMW but please beware. So disappointing!!!!

I only will take my cars here! Tony Diaz and Maria Gomez are the best! I have been going to this place for years. I have 2 BMWs (2011 328i and a 2018 X1) and have take both here to get repaired on multiple occasions. I used to live close to this shop but even after I moved, I won't take my cars anywhere else. It is worth the long drive to get there because I know my cars are in good hands. Maria was so helpful in scheduling my appointment and working with my insurance company. Tony is the man. He has always had my cars ready before I expect them. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely kind. I work at a 5 star hotel so I am fully aware of what great customer service looks like and this place and their employees are exactly that. I would recommend them to anyone with a BMW.

I'm one of those who rarely write reviews, but I feel incredibly compelled to do so for this establishment. The repair itself was great - everything back to normal and drives perfectly when I was told by other shops that the car wouldn't drive the same again. When receiving the vehicle back, everything inside/outside was clean and spotless and they went ahead and fixed things for me outside the collision as a courtesy. What I really valued the most here was how communicative their staff was. I never had to wait more than a day for a response, and Tony/Martin took the initiative to keep me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended, and I feel incredibly grateful for finding this place.

Nick Alexander BMW Collision Center offers poor customer service. Continuously gives false information about when your vehicle’s body work will be completed and blames the delay on the insurance company. Every week they’ve stated my car will be ready in “about one more week. My car has been there since May 9, 2023 and still has no true estimated date of completion almost three months later. They don’t care how they inconvenience the customer. They also don’t offer any loaner or rental cars to accommodate their customers. It’s a shame that consumers are treated this way long after the insurance company has made payment in full. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
