The service is extremely expensive, and they failed to fix the issue. I experienced the same problem again after just two weeks. While an official Toyota coil costs $127, they are charging over $300.

Yesterday I was told that the order is here, the ABS system is there. And they said to make an appointment, I kept making an appointment but they did not do anything, they did not help. Office 3rd and Parts department.I have been using the car with a fault for a week. They are currently waiting outside in the cold. They won't even let us in to the waiting room.

Garbage these people are absolute garbage. I ordered a simple antenna cover including Vehicle Model, Make and VIN number and it did not fit my vehicle. When I called to let them know the part did not fit they were trying to blame me for entering the correct information about my vehicle in the order their system requested. If all the information is there why does the sequence in which the information was entered even matter? Extremely rude and disrespectful. The idiot on the phone was screaming at me when I was speaking to him politely. Do not order anything from this place.

It takes a lot for me to post a bad review but the parts dept at Millennium needs a complete overhaul. Sent incorrect parts with verified Toyota numbers. How is that possible? They sat on my refund for weeks after parts were returned claiming it was Paypal's fault. I wouldn't deal with these folks again if they were giving away free Toyotas.

Millennium Toyota have gems with their staffing at the parts department especially with Ryan. Excellent customer service skills and attention to details. Ryan made my experience 10 stars, unfortunately Google only has 5 stars rating maximum. Kindness is reciprocal so treat Ryan and the crew with patience and you will see how they work to resolve your parts needs! Keep up the good work Ryan! 3/19/2022: I have a closer Toyota dealer/parts close by to where I live but still come here because the attention to customer service is still spot on!
