Got a battery light on the dash of my 2014 Range Rover Sport and knew I had a problem, I have used Mile auto repair in the past, Juan always helps getting me back on the road quick and at an affordable rate. Sure enough I gave him a call luckily I had enough juice on the battery to get to his shop, he diagnosed a bad alternator I gave him the go ahead part was ordered and replaced same day (luckily part was in stock)I couldn’t believe he was done that quick. Always appreciate the work and care they put on my vehicles. I know my vehicles are in great hands with Juan and his team

I have been using this car repair shop for 20 years. This time I took my car to the shop on a Monday and by Tuesday I still had not heard back from anyone despite being told I would get a call back the same day. I called Wednesday morning and was told by Juan he still didn't have a quote but would call back in two hours. After six hours I called back only to be told by Juan that he advised me not to call because he would call me. After an hour on Wednesday after the second phone call he called back informing me the quote amount. There was no breakdown of the price. He also advised me that my car needed to be moved by Thursday or I would be charged storage fees. Please bring back the excellent customer service.

This place is great. They do real good work and for inexpensive costs. They are up front about everything and what you are expected to pay and Juan always follows up to make sure my car is in top shape. I appreciate this place a lot. Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

Worst experience ever. Had a motor swapped out of my navigator. Not only did they leave the shim plate out but didn't check to see if the other motor was any good. All said and done I was out $4600. With a bad motor. Had to sell it for scrap basically..they slow played me saying they would take the place they got the motor from to court.. stay away from this place
