Other places have ruined my car but they are great also they fixed my husband car and he has not had no problems at all. We both agree on coming back to them whenever we need our cars fixed also I'm recommended our friends to them.

I took my 2013 charger to Mike trusting them after spending 3400 in 2 weeks on 17things getting done, I never drove my car again ! My motor they say was blown no solution no help just wanted more money to be spent ! Not my idea of a high quality car place !

I brought my wife’s Jeep in to have the thermostat replaced around noon on Thursday, November 14th. I received a call from the mechanic at around 1:30 asking what needed done and I said “I think it needs a new thermostat as that was what the engine code was showing”. He said okay and I never heard back from them that day. Typically, shops will give you an estimate on time, price, etc but I received none of that. When I asked why, I was told that information had to be requested by me, the customer, before they would provide it. I’ve never heard of that policy before and frankly that is a bad business practice. I had to call the next morning; a little after 8am to get an update on my Jeep as no one was in contact with me. However, they told me it was just about ready. So, I go down to pick it up and they hand me a bill for $404. I’ve had thermostats replaced on a few different cars at different places and they all ran around the same price, $100-$200. My bill seemed extremely high so I questioned it and was told to go back into the shop and look on the computer for what the job “calls for” in terms of hours. The mechanic showed me 3.8 hours and, frustrated, I said “okay, whatever I’d like to pay and leave” after I had already gotten back to the office at the front the mechanic, whose name is Karl, began yelling and cursing at/about me saying he wasn’t going to be called a liar and some other words I didn’t quite hear. Karl then proceeded to stomp out into the office, grab a set of keys for what I can only assume was another customers vehicle, and slam the door on his way out. To me, this does not seem like the proper way to treat your customers over a disagreement. Also, Karl didn’t seem to have the nerve or civility to voice his disagreement to me directly as he waited for me to walk away. Finally, as I tried to pay my bill the lady told me there would be a 2.99% fee for the use of a debit card then she proceeded to show me the signs taped to the computer stating the policy. This is information that should be given over the phone before customers come back to pay their bill as I had to make a trip to the ATM to get cash to avoid the fee. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and Karl probably shouldn’t be interacting with customers if that is how he treats people. I will not be going here again and I will be sure to spread the word locally about my experience and encourage people to try another shop. Perhaps one where the customers are treated with respect and are communicated with about the state of their vehicle.

Had a new thermostat put in. No real communication, we had to call several times to find out about our car. When we finally picked our car up he said our cooling fan wasn’t working. My husband said he knew it was before we dropped it off. Mike proceeded to ask my husband if he was calling him a liar. He was very rude and confrontational. One month out and our fan does indeed work. Find a more respectful place for your car repairs.
