We live in northern Florida and needed a part for our older model Chevy Impala. All the parts places and dealerships we contacted either did not have it in stock or they did not contact us back when we reached out. Only Aaron Morrison from the DEC Parts Team responded. He was beyond professional, respectful and very easy to converse with. DEC Parts and Aaron are deserving of "5 stars". Very excellent customer service!!

Took my pickup truck to Earnhardt Chevrolet 02/20/25 to get an oil and filter change. They did a great job! Service department was the best I’ve ever had in many years. I definitely recommend and will be going back again! Not only did the service writer do a fantastic job, he also told us we could eat bbq there since there was a catered lunch for employees! Great! Solved our plans to eat afterwards. Left feeling very pleased! Great job Earnhardt Chevrolet!

Over an hour and a half wait for an oil change on a Tuesday morning with an appointment. Service tech left seat fully reclined and trash in the car. We were told "Chevrolet" now requires them to show only CBS in the waiting area....completely depressing and annoying. We had them turn it off today. Won't be back.
