Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service Introduce

Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service, located at 1099 Lila Ave, Milford, OH 45150, USA, operates as an auto repair station catering to Chevrolet vehicles and potentially other makes. For local users seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services, it is crucial to consider the experiences of previous customers to make informed decisions. The following introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service based on the publicly available customer reviews, highlighting the environment implied by these experiences, the services mentioned, any features noted (both positive and negative), and the overall sentiment expressed by customers.

While specific details about the service center's physical environment, such as the waiting area, workshop cleanliness, or the availability of amenities, are not provided in the reviews, the customer experiences offer a glimpse into the operational environment. One review details interactions with a service agent and a service manager, suggesting a structured service department with designated personnel. However, the frustration expressed by this customer indicates potential issues with communication, diagnostic accuracy, and pricing transparency within this environment.

In terms of services, Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service ostensibly offers a range of maintenance and repair services, being associated with a Chevrolet dealership. The reviews mention specific services such as oil pan inspection, shifter replacement, starter replacement, wheel alignment, emblem installation, and body repair work. This suggests that they handle both mechanical and cosmetic repairs. However, the quality and reliability of these services, as perceived by the customers who left reviews, appear to be significant points of concern.

One recurring theme in the provided reviews is a lack of trust and dissatisfaction with the service received. One customer recounted a particularly frustrating experience involving a potentially misdiagnosed oil pan issue, a shifter replacement that did not resolve the car's stalling problem, and a significantly overpriced quote for a starter replacement. This customer explicitly stated their intention never to return and their belief that the service center might take advantage of less knowledgeable customers. The fact that a second Chevrolet dealership quoted a much lower price for the same starter replacement ($625 compared to $1,300) raises serious questions about the pricing practices at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service.

Another detailed review from a customer who purchased a new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox further compounds the negative sentiment. This customer experienced multiple unresolved issues with their brand-new vehicle, including a persistent pull to the left, damage during emblem installation requiring body repair, and a recurring steering problem that the service manager eventually dismissed as normal for the 2025 models. The customer's account details a lack of effective problem-solving, instances of the car being returned with a 0% fuel level, and ultimately, the need to seek resolution at another Chevrolet dealership (Columbia Chevrolet), where the steering issue was promptly fixed. This narrative paints a picture of a service department that may struggle with accurate diagnosis, quality of repair work, and customer communication, even for issues under factory warranty.

Features that might typically be associated with a dealership service center, such as certified technicians or genuine OEM parts, are not explicitly commented upon positively in these reviews. Instead, the focus is on negative experiences, suggesting that these expected features, if present, did not translate into satisfactory service for these particular customers. The lack of follow-through on repairs, potential for misdiagnosis, and concerns about overcharging stand out as negative features based on the provided feedback.

Promotional information is absent from the provided text. There are no mentions of discounts, special offers, or any initiatives aimed at attracting or retaining customers. In light of the strongly negative reviews, the lack of promotional activity might be overshadowed by the need to address the service quality and customer satisfaction issues highlighted.

The overall sentiment from these reviews is overwhelmingly negative, with both customers strongly advising others to avoid Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service. The first reviewer explicitly tells anyone interested in going to "just don't," while the second encourages readers to "Skip Mike Castrucci and head over to Columbia Chevrolet in Montgomery." These are powerful statements reflecting deep dissatisfaction and a lack of confidence in the service provided.

In conclusion, based on the available customer reviews, local users considering Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service for their auto repair needs should proceed with caution. The experiences shared highlight potential issues with diagnostic accuracy, pricing transparency, quality of repair work (including damage to a new vehicle), and overall customer service. While every business can have isolated negative incidents, the consistency and severity of the complaints in these reviews suggest a pattern that potential customers should be aware of. Without additional information or positive feedback to balance these accounts, it is difficult to recommend Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service based solely on this data. Local users may want to seek alternative auto repair stations or, if considering Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service, perhaps seek more recent reviews or inquire specifically about the issues raised by these past customers.

Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Service Customer Reviews

Very frustrating experience. Was told in October I had a crack in oil pan (I never even had a crack which I found out later). In December, I took it back in due to the car stalling- I was told it was a shifter so we put a new shifter in: Car went back in the shop 3 weeks later for the same issue. I was told it needs a new starter and they quoted me $1,300. I expressed frustration with the service agent given the car was having same issues it did prior to replacing the shifter and now they’re telling me it’s the starter. I called a second Chevy dealership and was quoted $625 plus tax to replace starter which is quite a lot cheaper than $1,300. The service manager John agreed to do it for $750 including my oil change. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership and have told family and friends the same. They appear to take advantage of women who may not be knowledgeable about cars. They have lost all business from me and my household.

For anyone interested in going to Mike Castrucci Chevrolet in Milford, just don’t. I purchased a brand new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox from them in October. It had 7 miles on it when I drove off the lot. That day when driving on the highway for the first time, we noticed a pull to the left. No big deal, probably just an alignment 1 week later, it goes to the service department for an alignment and to have the black emblems installed. 🚩 they damaged the vehicle while replacing the emblem, and now has to have body repair work. 🚩 stated the alignment did show a left pull, completed all good to go. Never once was I showed paperwork for the correction made. Immediately after leaving notice, the issue is still there. Monday I call and make the appointment for the body repair and another look at the steering issue. I’m without my car for 2 days, they run my car to 0% fuel level. The dent is repaired. Service writer states “power steering calibration completed, left pull adjusted”. Great! Except it wasn’t fixed and is just as bad if not worse as when the car was originally drove off the lot. I contacted my sales rep, hoping he could get me in contact with someone who could help. His answer was “I’m so sorry” and nothing else. I bring it in again to have another factory defect on the interior fixed, and the alignment fixed. The service manager now says there is nothing wrong. This is how the 2025s drive and they will no longer look at the steering issue. I receive a survey request from GM and report every issue I’ve had. About 2 weeks later, they give me a call. Offer to schedule me a new appointment at Columbia Chevrolet. In 1 hour today the service department fixed my steering issue and completed my first maintenance service… the rear tow alignment was off. I’m applaud that Mike Castrucci can take $30,000 of your hard earned money for a brand new vehicle, and then call you crazy when you insist there is an issue while a vehicle still under factory warranty. Skip Mike Castrucci and head over to Columbia Chevrolet in Montgomery.

Riveredge Collision management should be fired for treating customers how they do on a daily basis. Blair's attitude and her staff is a true representation of how Mike Castrucci treats their customers with no consequences. I filed a complaint and still no consequences. What is the point? The brand wants a 10/10 on a survey when behind the scenes they do not care and treat us like garbage and like it's our fault for pointing out their mistakes. Never again will I come here and I will let everyone know not to either! The service department at Mike Castrucci in Milford by the way has a technician who has been CUTTING ✂️ vehicles ( and admitted it) to replace cabin filters and NOT telling customers for 2 years. I only found this out when I had mine replaced somewhere else. So, you may want to check your car's to see if this happened to you to. They will offer to fix a part that is impossible to get and will forever be on backorder and tell you their policy states their technicians CAN CUT if necessary, which is a LIE. I have a copy. Again, no consequences and they told me " well you can't see it". Please if you can get work done elsewhere do it. I have found much cheaper prices for every service. They have no ethical standards or boundaries.

I trust these guys with all of my vehicles. I have bought four vehicles from them in the past ten plus years, and always receive the best service support as I needed. Maintenance scheduling is quick.
