MIG RV & MARINE AT THE LAKE

Unfortunately as much as i would like to leave a good review because our sales person in Troy, Oh was great and helpful, but the service place at Indian Lake was completely awful. Shame on me for not checking prices before i left, but they charged me $149 for labor to plug in a camera that was already prepared to receive purchased camera. (Scam labor) Then when they were supposed to clean the brand new trailer, and fix all the poor workmanship that was done; they left smears of the fixit putty everywhere along with wood shavings from the construction. Everything else i was told was warranty work and when i bring the trailer back for the part they ordered it would be taken care of. We still have a broken part that was a warranty fix and was waiting on the part, I'm not sure how long it's supposed to take but 3 months is probably too long: STILL WAITING. They were supposed to dewinterize it also but when i turned the faucets on nothing but antifreeze, I'm pretty sure that wasn't supposed to happen. The hitch that I over paid for is terrible: (Do Not Buy From Them) I will never use them or buy from them ever again. Lessons learned, i hope this helps someone, because when you spend over 40k for something, these kind of things should not happen. Have a blessed day!

The lady at the front desk who takes all calls is extremely nice and helpful, but the guy in the shop is terrible. When I asked what he did to fix an issue with the turn signals his answers were too vague to be helpful & his entire attitude was that I was wasting his time. I also had a brand new 7-pin towing adapter with all brand new wiring installed which later nearly caught fire. It turns out he ran the power line for the adapter directly to the positive terminal on the battery WITH NO FUSE ON THAT LINE instead of connecting that wire to the fuse panel (where it should have been connected) and with a fuse on it. Instead of saving me time I know have to tear out everything he did and redo it myself correctly. The guy they have working in this shop is a danger to you and your family.

I am waiting to write my official review after we take our brand new trailer for major repair. It leaked when we first got it and we took it to the Indian lake facility to be sealed. They assured us it was fixed. However we have had it at a campground in western Ohio and when we had a person go open it up for the summer he found water and mold in our camper. Our back wall with paneling is warped. He went on top of the trailer and sent us pictures where no sealant had been applied. Also the vent in the bathroom has mold where it leaked. I am hoping that when we take it to the repair facility at Indian lake they will remove the back panel and show us that any mold has bee removed and thar the paneling has been replaced. I really want to give them a good review. Because that will mean our camper is safe to stay in and repaired. Stay tuned
