Rude, Arrogant, hostile,Condoscending. Very intolerable of general lay person questions! He got very rude when asked for an approximate price and told my son "well I haven't got up in there to look at it yet!" We just wanted a ballpark idea so I knew how much to get out of the bank. I was 2 hrs away and traveling in to pay for it. I described where the issue was to my son, he (Tim) overheard and told my son "forget it; I'm not working on it now! Get the damn car out of here; she can fix it herself" He told his worker...Put it back together Brad! " Mind you I am driving from Pittsburgh and hear him being so rude and arrogant! He instantly got an attitude when asked his hourly labor rate. He refused to work on my car because of basic questions. Very Unprofessional and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The mixed reviews of his negative versus positve give concern to overall customer service a real Jekyll / Hyde!

My tire went flat just before their shop. They were so kind to come out and fix/plug my tire even before their shop was technically opened. Super great guy! I will be going here for future services.

I started to say positive things about this business along with some criticisms, but my husband said I was being far too generous. The owner is rude, condescending, and misogynistic. I'd rather take my money to a place where the folks are good people.

Red blooded Americans work here. Good ol boys who turn wrenches and mean what they say and get to the point. If your not used to having confident Alpha males around your probably better off heading down to Walmarts auto Center. I hear you can get an espresso while getting complimented on your outfit while you wait.
