Lisa is an amazing person. My car broke down mid-road and I towed it to Midas. Lisa was helpful and generous. They checked my car and apparently it would require engine change which cost more than 5k. I was devastated, being a student, i couldn’t afford that and i was in a difficult place. She was comforting. She didn’t even charge for the check knowing my plight. She booked me an uber back. She willingly took responsibility to check with junkyard that on how much I can sell my car to. She is the example of a customer service, humanity. She proved that its not always money but empathy towards your customer can go long way. I will definitely consider their place for my future car servicing.

This place did a BIG 360 from the last time I was here (years ago). When you come in your greeted with a friendly smile from Lisa who is so sweet, friendly, informing, and knows her stuff. She truly is a people person and there's no fake in her. She's not "nice" just to try to get over on you and hit you with a ridiculous price on your vehicle but she's naturally sweet. Plus she knows what she's talking about and she's knows what she's doing. Plus the flow between her and the mechanics is spot on. They get you in, fix the problem, show you whatever it is that they have to fix (keeping you informed with what's going on; love that), and get it done. Their pricing is even spot on and not over priced. Of course pricing goes higher with bigger and more time consuming jobs they have to do. But I was VERY satisfied with the pricing I received and overall I was VERY satisfied with my new experience with the 360 clean out Midas did within the company of this store with their staff and especially their BEST employee Lisa at the desk. Great job Midas (Stratford). Keep up the great work👍🏾😉❤❤❤❤❤

Super helpful and honest! They fixed my tire pressure sensor quickly and made the whole process easy. Lisa at the front desk was so friendly and made everything even smoother. Definitely recommend!

First time here to get an emissions done. I walked in lisa is so very polite and welcoming The customer service at this store was outstanding. The employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable anthony took my car in and out... timing was incredible thank you guys so much I will be back!!!!
