I went to AutoZone in Stratford for three simple items. Associate David attempted to assist me during the process. However, upon exiting the store, the security alarm went off. David called me back in after I had already made it to my car. I returned, and he tried to deactivate the alarm. As I headed out again, the alarm went off a second time. Once again, I was called back after reaching my car. This happened a third time, and at that point, David questioned my integrity by asking if I was stealing. Before re-entering the store, I had already handed the items back to him, and when I walked in alone, the alarm did not go off. Then, when David walked through the sensors with the items, the alarm went off again — proving it was the items, not me. Accusing a customer of stealing without basis is completely unacceptable. There’s a way to handle things, and this was not it. I’ll never shop at this location again. Thanks, David.

The employees at this location are very helpful. They helped me figure out the issue my car was having as well as ordering the part i needed. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you AutoZone. 😊

Hey, good morning today is Thursday, December 12. It is 8:26 AM. I just want to say thank you so much to Dez who works at the AutoZone in Stratford) on Barnum Avenue. You were amazing this morning. You really helped me out with my finding the correct size lightbulb I needed for my headlights. I also wanna say the other 2 gentleman who were there were so friendly and polite. This is the staff u need all the time. Good job all 3 of you
