I replaced all my front end suspension on my Dodge ram 1500 and made an appointment to get it aligned. He said it would take 45 mins and I work nights so set it up before work so I had time to drop the rental off right after that my insurance is paying for. And showed up 30 mins early. 45 mins into the appointment I was told it would be a waste of money without new tires and yes it needed them but already ordered them. After all was said and done I was quoted over$1,200 so I said I just need the wheels pointing in the same direction and not inward because I had to return the rental and drive the truck for a week before my tires come in. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this place.

Had a good experience with the location & staff. Brought my car in needing wheel replacement (through wheel and tire insurance) which is a pain to deal with in itself, but they helped me out and got it done! Their help didn’t go unnoticed & l I appreciated it !!

Be very clear when you go in for service that they can do what you request. Made online booking, requested oil and tire rotation. They scheduled me, then once in door said might not do tires if my truck was 10,000lbs. It's not. Get back after short errand, told couldn't do tires because they had a huge truck on their lift, bigger than mine. Why was I booked if they couldn't offer service at that time. Have to make a second trip to get it done, another 18 mile drive, when they could have booked me for a time when they could do all at once. Not a happy customer. They changed reason for not providing service I needed. It's their business to know what they offer and when, so book it accordingly.

I made an appointment online for an oil change (full synthetic), which was very easy. You wait to receive a confirmation email, which I did. It said 4:00. The price seems right inline with other places in the area. I arrived a little before 4:00 and was helped by Jerrad who was very kind, patient and helpful. My appointment wasn’t showing in the system. I know things happen so I asked if it would be better for them if I came back in the morning. Jerrad nicely stated that they were going to honor their word and take care of me as scheduled. I thought that was very kind, professional and great business. I left my car while my mom and I ran some errands. About an hour later I received a text status/results and then a call letting me know my car was ready. They did find a few things wrong with my car but, they did not push me to immediately do the repairs. They explained them to me and advised which should be the next thing on the list I should repair. I would refer others here and will definitely be back. Thank you, Jerrad, for your kindness, honesty, and professionalism.

The guys at midas on always take care of any vehicle that i may bring them! 99.9 percent of the time problem is solved and i do not have to return. I would highly recommend the shop on E Pine Log Road for any of your automotive needdd

Very nice and knowledgeable mechanics. They treated with respect and made sure I understood everything. I will be a returning customer when my car needs more work. Highly recommended. They had my car ready earlier then they told it would.

I have used Midas on Pine Log for many years for both my personal and work vehicles. They have always treated me fairly and kindly. They have never upsold unnecessary jobs and in fact many times have cut me a deal or helped me out on short notice with my many flat tires. Today one of the managers even provided a roadside assistance call for me, leaving the shop to come and help me out with a flat tire situation. I am very thankful for their help and honesty.

The guys are very nice and the prices were reasonable compared to other big name shops. I did end up having to go back because of an issue that was not caught the first time they worked on my car. But they got it fixed and did not even charge me.
