Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and they found the reason for my high oil consumption. Had a consumption test done at the dealership and was advised no leaks and within the manufacturing guidelines although on the higher end but they missed a crack in the oil pan. These folks went above and beyond, will definitely be my go to shop from now on.

I brought in a truck to be inspected before possibly purchasing it Brian. The owner was very fair and very thorough with the inspection after the inspection, he advised me not to buy the truck. I truly value his professionalism and expertise. He did not try to rip me off being a woman and tell me to get the truck fixed because the cost of the repairs without way the bluebook value. I am very grateful and plan on bringing all of my vehicles to him in the future. The waiting area is the cleanest, nicest and comforting waiting area. I have sat and had an automotive establishment in a very long time. I commend them for this I’ll give them five stars.

I work out of my car, so having a functional vehicle is vital for me. I was so impressed with how promptly they could fit me in, not to mention that everyone I worked with there was SO so nice and super helpful. They drove me back to my house and picked me up when the car was ready within the same day for no extra charge. And not to mention the price was very fair. My car is good as new now, and they even gave it back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! I cannot recommend this place enough, they were true life savers!!

Brian and his team at Automotive workbench are really great. I took my car in last week for an engine light and they checked it out and found that it was some type of fuel sensor on a car with less than 22,000 miles. They said I could replace it then or drive it a while and see if it keeps happening. They did a thorough job and also inspected my brakes. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years And it’s always been a pleasure experience… For auto repair!

It's obvious that AWB puts an emphasis on customer service. Everyone we encountered was polite and respectful. Whenever you take your vehicle in for service a diagnostic is performed with recommendations for other services but there is no pressure to accept the recommendations. The technician keeps you informed by text of progress and completion of the service being done. We appreciate this in addition to the excellent service provided.

Recently came to Aiken from out of state & needed my truck looked at. Found Automotive Workbench after doing a quick search. The entire team handled my request & turned out to be the best auto repair service that I have ever received.
