I had a great first experience here! Elliot is knowledgeable and personable. He had great rapport with all customers. I overheard him tell a customer that he performed an additional service at no charge, just for good measure. He seems to really care about the integrity of his work. Another example, I had given up on mentioning that my emergency brake gets sticky, as the dealership has never been able to do anything about it. Elliot brought it to my attention and let me know that he was able to address it! I would highly recommend Elliot and his team 🙏

These guys are the best. My car 2011 E Class was smoking like a trooper many miles away from home, I live in El Cerrito , on a Friday at 4 pm before a holiday 4 day weekend. Went to two other random non-Mercedes shops and besides mid diagnosing they claimed it would take days to fix. Kurt, the best, and Elliot saw me right away. Quickly figured out that a 10 min oil change overfilled my oil and corrected the problem and cleaned the engine. Most of all, no charge! Can’t thank them enough. The best! Would give 10 stars if possible.

Elliot is a wonderful guy who cares for his customers, the most friendly service ever. He is very knowledgeable and mastermind, he just goes above and beyond of what is needed for your car, but most of all honest and trustworthy. Elliot is a great guy and smart mechanic. Had an issue with my 2003 Mercedes e320 that I couldn't figure out on my own, and he had me stop by after work. Within an hour he had figured out the electrical issue and fixed it on the spot. Asked for a few cards to share with my friends. Will definitely go back.

Best experience with a mechanic ever. You can trust Elliot. He performed services on our Mercedes SUV over the years and we were always happy. Easy to communicate with, always finding time to do the work and fixed issues after mess up by the dealership. Sad that we won’t own a Mercedes anymore. Will be difficult to find a new mechanic as good and friendly as Elliot!
