Suad was fantastic! He was incredibly honest about small rock chips on my windshield and fixed the one that needed the repair so perfectly that they’re now barely noticeable. On top of that, I had a great conversation with him—it’s great to meet such genuine and skilled professionals. My car was broken into Thursday evening. I called Suad at Exel Auto glass in M. View Friday morning. He got the replacement glass for the damaged window and installed it by Friday afternoon. Observing the way he performed the replacement, it is clear he's very experienced, competent and thorough (e.g. he carefully checked the nooks and crannies around the motor assembly, and removed small shards of glass which could have hindered the window movement). And equally important, he is very honest. I would recommend this place for any glass-related repair!!

5 star service. Professional service + attention to details + efficient handling time + clear and patient communication + works with insurance. This shop gets all I expect from a 5 star experience. Getting a crack on windshield is frustrating, but this shop will makes it up : ) Thanks!

Contacted Suad on a Sunday for a small chip on my windshield caused by a rock. He asked me to come to the shop the next morning to check and fixed it within 30min. Incredible service.

Suad Besic, the owner, is amazing! He replied immediately, when I asked for a replacement of my rear window in the very late afternoon. He gave me a quote, explained all details patiently, and double checked if the window would indeed match my car. I got an appointment the very next day. His shop is very tidy, and so is his work! My car came back cleaned up from all the tiny broken glass pieces from the shattered rear window. The new window looks great! And also administrative work was done in an excellent manner! I had a pleasant experience with the team and the work done!
