Absoute best service experience. I have been to many dealerships for servicing, nothing like what I experience here. All the team member took really good care of me from the begining through the end. Shout out to advisor Joshua, service manager Mike and technician Fred, they collectively are not only able sort out the problem for me and was able to minimize my out of pocket cost to utilize CPO to the full extent. Would recommend any one in bay area looking for Mercedes services to go to Mercedes San Jose.

From start to finish, I received regular updates, and any additional findings were promptly reported. The job was exceptionally well done. I brought my car in with damaged rims, and the photos clearly show the amazing restoration. The rims now look pristine and brand new.
