I highly recommend DLR for your mobile mechanic needs. My work truck needed the seal repaired between the cab and the box and some gaps sealed inside the cab. He got everything done quickly and it looks great! I will definitely reach out to DLR again if my truck needs any other repairs while I'm in the area. Arnold is the absolute best! Quick and efficient and his prices are better than what another shop was wanting to charge me. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

I called DLR Mobile Services when another mechanic failed to get our 26' flatbed running after more than $1,800 worth of charges. Arnold came by in a timely manner and got the truck up and running in a couple of hours and much, much, less money. He is a very competent mechanic, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We liked him and his work so much we had him back to work on a second truck, and plan to have him back for future work. I highly recommend DLR and Arnold.

I’m a trucker from Florida and I had some battery issues on my 2022 Volvo on an early Saturday morning, DLR was very professional and sent out an a mechanic ASAP. “ ARNOLD “ was my mobile mechanic and he very polite and fast past with the repairs. Thank you PL TRANS.

This guy is a Thief, get your charges up front the biggest rip-off I haver ever experienced I realized this was a Saturday call and I would pay more 60 dollars in parts charged 600 for parts 2 hrs labor and had my driver help him he rip-off us off for 1800.00 taking advantage of people is just bad business

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience with Arnold from DLR Services in hopes that it helps others avoid the same frustration and financial headache. To start with, the main issue was blatant misrepresentation of pricing. When we initially called Arnold to inquire about help with our vehicle, he gave us what sounded like a reasonable and transparent quote over the phone. He was reassuring, spoke confidently, and promised there would be “no surprises” when it came to the cost. Based on that, we agreed to have him come out to our location. That was our first mistake. Once Arnold arrived on the scene, the tone shifted. He did not even begin working on the vehicle until he had us sign an agreement that, upon close inspection after the fact, was full of vague language and hidden charges. He brushed over the paperwork quickly, saying it was “just standard procedure” and that it wouldn’t affect the original quote. This turned out to be completely false. The repair itself was decent, but not exceptional. For the amount of money we were ultimately charged, we expected quality, professionalism, and honesty. Instead, we received minimal communication, a rushed repair, and an invoice that was almost double what was initially quoted. When we asked Arnold to explain the additional fees, he became defensive and dismissive, pointing to the fine print and essentially blaming us for not “understanding the full scope” of the service. But there was no mention of these additional labor charges, mileage fees, or “emergency response surcharges” when we first spoke to him. All of it felt incredibly dishonest. To make matters worse, Arnold was rude and impatient when we voiced our concerns. We were calm and respectful, simply trying to understand why the final cost was so inflated compared to what we were told. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any kind of compromise or explanation, he acted like we were inconveniencing him. He cut us off mid-sentence multiple times and ultimately told us, “That’s just how it is,” before leaving abruptly. We later tried contacting DLR Services directly, hoping someone in management might be more understanding, but all we got was voicemail after voicemail with no callback. It’s been over a week, and we haven’t heard anything from them. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this company. To sum it all up: Arnold from DLR Services misrepresented his rates, failed to provide clear and honest communication, charged significantly more than what was initially agreed upon, and handled our concerns with complete indifference. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch operation, and it left a sour taste in our mouths. There are plenty of other reputable vehicle service providers out there—do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one. Would give zero stars if I could.

BEWARE**** DO NOT USE*** Arnold came out after we called him for service. Told us before coming out it would be $1.50 per mile x 30 miles then said its $178 per road call and $187hr. Came out at 440pm and finished at 5:46pm Charged us $1200+ dollars as he said it was 2hrs for him to drive back to San Jose from Pleasanton. When confronted he said that he was cutting us a deal. Said he told us it was "Port to Port" What a total liar.

DO NOT USE!! He charged $1200 for 30 minutes fix and did not tell us ahead of time . He said total charge approximately will be $350 . Very bad and shocking ! Need to report to him to business bureau before he ripped anybody else off !
