Worst customer service I have ever seen, been trying to make a purchase of a 6k vehicle with some urgency as I'm a business owner. 7 days later I'm finally getting a follow up being asked questions I answered a week ago, they ran my credit 2 days after it was requested but can't find my information. Mercedes Benz is my favorite auto but I'll be buying one from any place else . Worst experience ever beware buyers save your time and energy, these people do not appreciate their customers or anyone's time.

Although the new building is beautiful, my experience with their service has been anything but. I purchased the new EQE AMG from them, but unfortunately, I was misled about the reliability of the electric line. Within just two months, I had to bring the car in for service 3 times due to malfunctions. Despite being promised a loaner vehicle during the repair, my wife was informed that the available loaners were reserved for customers coming in the following day. As the CEO of a tech firm, I expect service that aligns with the brand. Unfortunately, all encounters at this dealership have been with fast-talkers and disingenuous representatives. If you're seeking an authentic Mercedes experience, I recommend considering a different Mercedes dealer.

Easy to use service reservation tool. Good use of technology to send a video of repair technicians diagnosis. Could stand to improve the customer lobby, but why...I rather walk around and look at the beautiful cars. 😍 Big thanks for loaning an all electric EQS.

If you are having service done here, good luck! You're going to need it. I never want to leave any negative reviews for any company but this is the one exception and want others to know. I won't go into all the specifics but my vehicle needs a part as well I need to bring it in for the most recent recalls. I've explained to service over the phone and through the online portal for the past few months that I want all this done in 1 shot. I don't want to keep coming by to drop off my vehicle. I want the part replaced and the recalls done in 1 day. Several phone calls to service to order the part and a few months later, still no calls back and when I call them, the part was never ordered. It's so odd they call themselves the service department, yet are incompetent to just do their job. Meanwhile I'm still stuck with no progress. Would like to take it to Temecula but it's too far away to just leave my vehicle and have to find someone to shuttle me. If you can, service your vehicle somewhere else and avoid the mistake I've made.

Had an appointment for navigation system recall. Waited 20 min to hear that the advisor was not familiar with Mercedes Sprinter vans, so I had to wait other 40 min until another advisor was able to speak with me. He told me that, even if it’s just a matter of updating the navigation system, I will need to leave my van there. I couldn’t leave the van there hat day, but I made another appointment and brought my van in, where it stayed for 10 days, without anybody calling me for updates. At the end of the 10th day I called the service and they told me they did not start working on my van. I took a taxi and took my van out of the service. They did not even touched my van during all that time! The service does not offer a loner to customers and does not reimburse for taxi transportation. I called and left a message for the director, but he never returned my call. What a place full of incompetents!!!

SEAN MANSHADI is the man and a HUGE thank you for genuinely caring about your customers, your professionalism and compassion really speaks volumes!!! My E63 had an issue while heading on a trip. Never been to this dealership but didn’t have a choice as it was on my way and wanted to ensure my vehicle wasn’t going to leave me stranded. Mr. Manshadi not only got me in and what felt like a fast nascar pit stop but took care of my car and got me back on the road faster then my OC dealership that routinely service it!!! Advisors like Mr. Manshadi are the reason why I continue to service my MB at the dealership. Because of an amazing experience I felt compelled to share this experience and want to give a HUGE thank you for an unforgettable experience!!!

I’ve had a great experience working with Sean Manshadi in the service department, he’s efficient, friendly and will answer all questions with ease. I went in for a simple oil change and he explained to me how my vehicle actually needed a full service which I hadn’t done. I believe it was a “60k service” Happy to know that my vehicle will be in great shape now that all the service has been completed. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Escondido for always taking care of me.

I scheduled service for my Mercedes Motorhome by phone, explaining that it requires Manual alignment. On arrival, Service Manager Justin tried to talk me out of the alignment. I insisted and he agreed. 3 hours later, I was told the lift was broken, so they could not perform the alignment. I'm 100% certain he knew it was broken, that's why he wanted to talk me out of it. This is my second bad experience with Service at a Mercedes-benz dealership. I will never use a dealer for service again!!! There are MANY other options!

Overall great experience! I brought in my GLE 350 with Sean Manshandi for its scheduled service and couldn’t be happier with the speed and quality of the service. The dealership looks amazing and the vibe is just as luxurious as the interior of my car.
