George at the service desk was super helpful! I had a flat that was towed to the location and despite the last minute service on a busy day, I was able to leave with my car the same day. Fortunately many things fell into place for this to happen but everyone was very accommodating and helpful and everything went smoothly.

I had vibration issue…I left my car for 5 days for diagnostic and I ask them to take temporary car but they said no ….. I paid 500 $ for diagnostic …. But they find some issues from suspension….. And they give me price list for repairs…. Total 15.740 $ …. My car is old E class…. Never come back again…… Super expensive …. For 15.740 $ I can buy another good car … they can’t find my vibration issues anyway….

Do not waste your time here, the service was awful. Jerry my service rep was completely unprofessional and rude. Failed to tell me they were understaffed until I asked him why my car hasn't been looked at, meanwhile at that point my car was there for 2 full days. Then proceeds to tell me it won't be looked at until mid-next week. While having multiple conversations with him I was cut off and even hung up on mid-sentence. Not sure how this guy is in customer service. He also promised me a full detail and car wash, which of course didn't happen. The only good thing they do offer is car pick up and they give a loaner to you, but I have a few complaints about that. One the loaner car was filthy. Two the gentleman who brought me the loaner was rude. He also advised me to take MY ezpass out of the car and keep it with me, so not only was I being charged on my ezpass (I work in BK), but they kept sending me invoices for their ezpass for the loaner. So now I need to file a dispute with my bank. So again, do not waste your time. Unprofessional. And my car isn't fixed.

For the last 2 years I was servicing my Mercedes at Rockville center. This time I did not have time to drive all the way to long island and decided to service it at Mercedes of Brooklyn. I'm impressed. I've noticed new faces and quality of service went up. I want to thank particularly George Danshov and Daria Kozhukhova. I had several issues with my car; broken mirror, two recalls and problem with third raw seat. I was also on a tight scheduled since I was going on vacation in 1 week. Everything was fixed on time. The price was fair. I got a very good loaner. I'm planning to use Mercedes of Brooklyn in the future.

We took our car for service here and realize our money and camera was stolen from the car when they were servicing it. This is unacceptable. We haven’t gotten a reasonable response yet after complaining to them.
