They listen and have helped me manage things that I have not always understood related to issues with my vehicle. Also, the name flash does not seem to be and exaggeration. The place works quickly. After entrusting them with my vehicle and spending $2,300 last year, I am now facing yet another issue. I brought my car in and explicitly stated that I required a full estimate before any work was performed. Yet, despite this explicit instruction, they proceeded with unauthorized work, leaving me with an outrageous $800 bill. This is not just unethical—it is a direct violation of consumer protection laws. Their actions constitute unauthorized repair, deceptive business practices, and a breach of contract, all of which carry severe legal and financial consequences. I have mixed feelings about this place. Brought my 2011 Lexus RX350 twice to them with complain of severe vibration at the front right side within two month time span. Manager has asked to leave the car for them to test. They took a car twice for a road test and put it on a lift. Did not/could not identify the issue. I had to ride with the mechanic myself to point out the issue. Finally they confirmed that the front right CV Axle is about to fall apart and must be replaced. They did not charge me for the road test however, charged $125 more than two other shops to replace the CV Accel (i have received pricing from three shops.) When picking up a car i had to insist on writing me a receipt showing installed part/part number, as they claim to give one year warranty. Again, the feelings are mixed because despite of the challenging experience overall and overpriced charges the management was always friendly and accommodating.

Started taking my car here about a year ago. Been there for basics like oil changes and inspections. I’ve also been there for more advanced work like having suspension repairs. I always get good honest answers and work done. They do all the work in a timely manner and at competitive prices.
