If I could give zero stars, I would. This place took my daughters car out for a "test" drive on the freeway and side swiped another vehicle. Yes, they did fix most of it but made it out that they were doing her a favor by fixing it. They said "accidents happen". But still made her pay $217. The mirror and rim were not replaced even though there was damage. They never filed a report even though there was an accident. The owner/manager Michael was a total jerk and meineke headquarters did absolutely nothing because this is a franchise store. This whole company is worthless, unprofessional, and horrible to work with. Do NOT waste your time with this business. You would be so much better to go somewhere else.

5 starts because one of the guys went above and beyond to help me. I forgot his name, but he works at the front and has locs. Only reason I would consider going another place is because they literally took the whole day to do a diagnostic, and I was misinformed about how long it'll take when I dropped off. Please do better with given customers reliable expectations about wait times. Overall, good customer service, job well done.

They did the oil change I came in for. Explained a few things that also needed replaced/repaired. But tried to guilt trip me into paying almost 500 for a single brake replace/repaired, including a brake fluid flush that was completely unnecessary for a car with 70k miles and living in Arizona. A rotary resurfacing fee of 80 bucks. And way more. The telling me about things that need done is one thing. But trying to guilt trip me and tell me that it’s going to go out while driving and leave me stranded was completely unnecessary. They also stated they did a tire rotation. But the tires were not even removed. I know this based on brake dust which leads me to question if they even took the tires off to inspect the brakes anyways. I had an appointment for 9am. They didn’t pull it in until 10:15 approximately. I was out by 11. If they did the oil change, tire rotation, fluid inspection and everything else that was suppose to be done it would have taken longer. I might be a girl but I was raise around mechanics my whole life and realized quickly through the guilt trip that I needed to go somewhere else. Won’t be coming back to this place.

If you need something super simple done that you are too lazy to do yourself, such as an oil change, filter change, or something super basic I think you are in good hands. For something more advanced I don’t think they are very competent or well equipped to fix things beyond that. Every time I have come in they have been pretty free and were able to assist me right away, but even though they were able to get me in asap the service was slow. They will work if you are in a pinch.

Great oil change experience. Common area is nice and bathrooms are clean. The staff is super nice and honest with any vehicle findings. I hope I can get another Groupon with them! Thankyou!
