I order two new tires, which were installed. It took them 1 hour to put them on. I was wondering why in the heck my car was still wobbling after new tires have been installed. I checked my tires and noticed that the weights on my rims are gone. They didn’t even informed me regarding this. Nor did I ever authorize for them to take the weights off my rims. Now I have to pay more money to get my tires balanced. This is for my BMW 328i. I would leave them NO STARS! 😔 so disappointed. I also called and no answer couldn’t leave a voicemail.🤬

I ordered my tires through Fixgo. Which was a smooth process. My my experience at Meineke was not the best. They told me my lug nuts were in bad condition so it would take longer to replace my tires. I made an appointment @11 and it took just over 3hrs to change 4 tires. I understand if their short or behind but they could communicate better which they didn't.
