I am writing this review to let people know to be aware of the kind of ethics the workers here have. This incident was unrelated to the work or services they provide but one of the workers here at this location was in his personal vehicle and was picking up parts from a wrecking yard in Montebello. He hit MY rental car leaving the yard and did not stay. The workers there at the yard told me who it was and where to find him and sure enough he was here. I forget his name but he drives an old BLUE big body sedan. He admitted to hitting me and apologized, and offered to fix it but since this was a RENTAL I said no. Once contacted he then denied doing anything and now I owe enterprise $2,000+ for damage that a certain, irresponsible worker did and that may be scamming other people too. USE CAUTION, Some people don’t have morals anymore.

I originally took my car to the dealership to get an oil change and recccomended I have other parts of my car changed (over charging me of course) So I was in the neighborhood and I called Mr. Jose over the phone asking if I needed to make an appointment. He said it wasn't necessary so I stopped by. They helped me right away and answered my questions. They took it for a test drive and inspected the bottom of my car, concluding that the dealership was trying to rip me off (never going back there). Very honest and genuine. Will definitely be going back!
