AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRICING!! A+++++ Look no further! Doug helped me out hugely! :) It was over a YEAR ago when I needed help with a tow. However, I just found the business card and have never forgotten him or his customer service service since. He saved my day on an especially brutal day when I was stuck at a hospital :/ !! He was able to tow it to a family garage. This FAMILY business is beyond amazing and friendly, let alone the hospitality and humbleness they showed me!! The pricing BLEW AWAY ALL OF THE COMPETITION BY A LAND SLIDE! Kid, you not! You WILL be well cared for and taken care of!! I will always be calling them first if I or my family or friends are ever in need! Truly, thank you again, Doug!!!

I was locked out of my car and Doug was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, efficient, and made a bad situation a lot less stressful. I definitely recommend Medlyn if you need a tow company!

Amazing customer service! I contacted Doug for help boosting my truck and he was there within 15 mins on the hottest day of the year so far! He was in between tows and still stopped in to help get my truck up and running! He took the time to explain to me what was going on and suggested getting my battery checked out by a reputable company in St. Thomas. Overall I’m giving 5 stars because he deserves it! Thank you Doug for taking time out of your busy day! I will be recommending everyone to his company from now on!

This company is amazing.. When I was stuck and needed help not only did he show up really quick.. the prices are amazing the guy that works there is great.. and just an overall really good experience.. I will definitely use them again and would highly highly recommend..
