Love these guys! Showed up unannounced towards the end of the day inquiring if they would be able to remove my wheel locking nuts (didn't have the key). Took my car in immediately, did the job, and all free of charge. What a great crew... Quick.... Pleasant.... Co-operative. I think I've found my new "go-to" garage in London! Sent my car in to look at some things that were mentioned during my oil change. They took a look and told me everything was fine but forgot to replace my coolant cap. Went back in because of a leak in my power steering fluid, gave my number and was told I would get a call back. Never received a call back so I went and found another mechanic.

Paid 200 for a diagnosis for no heat on passenger side. I change the part that they said was no good why I had no heat. Still no heat. They still want more money to Diagnose it more. I fixed the problem myself watching you YouTube videos. And it was not the what they said it was.

My go to garage for both my cars. Now I just have to twist his arm a bit to do my newest ponies in the stable, as he doesn't generally work on Beemers! Reliable, fair, honest and affordable....what more can one ask of your garage? ?

I had amazing service today at Roy Robbins Service Centre. My car was leaking steering fluid and making a terrible sound. I called one shop who said they could see me the following week. Then I called Brandon at Roy Robbins and not only did he fix it , he fixed it the same day within an hour of arriving there. Now that's service. Thank you so much again Brandon. You will definitely be seeing me again.
