I was rear-ended in October of 2024 and had to wait 3 and 1/2 months to get my car in for repairs. Those three and a half months were definitely worth the wait. Not only was the work completed very quickly, but my car was returned to me significantly cleaner than I dropped it off in ... And my GOD I know the condition I dropped my car off in. That is going completely above and beyond and I appreciated it so much because most places do the bare minimum nowadays. The process of working with Enterprise for a rental car was a breeze as well. Very communicative staff. Really painless process as a whole, QUALITY work, and that made all the difference considering the situation that brought me in there in the first place. I will always recommend this place to people, and I'm very glad I took my car here for collision repair. I feel like I've chosen the best in the area. Keep up the good work!

Done quickly, much quicker than I would have expected. Maybe a week and 2 days. I would've said it was perfect but my cousin noticed a scratch and dirt in the paint/clear coat. But overall very satisfied.

I hit a deer with my truck and caused almost $9000 in damages. They not only helped me get a rental car, but the repairs were done super fast, very well done, and they even returned my truck to me completely shined on the inside and outside. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I would give 10 stars if I could. Special shout out to Amber who works the front desk for always being super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this shop. Worked with them from a deer accident (which the cost was covered through my car insurance). Everything went smoothly from the intial processing, my extra calls regarding the assessment/ questions on how this goes, to the call for pick up. Really was probably the best service with this situation I've had in a while. Would highly recommend their services. My car was back in less than 10 days which was impressive especially with them having to order in quite a few new sections. Thank you to all the workers who helped with my car.

Josh went above and beyond to help me get the best possible deal on the work I needed for a car I was considering buying. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I felt confident moving forward with the purchase. Their team installed a new bumper that looks absolutely flawless.

Due to a series of unfortunate events (such as life goes), I was in need of an insurance approved body shop two separate occasions in the past 4 months. The first time my 6 month old 2024 vehicle was totaled due to the recklessness and negligence of another driver and most recently my 2 month old 2025 vehicle was at the mercy of a suicidal deer. I have had nothing but exceptional customer service, communication, and overall experiences with McElwain Collision in Ellwood. My 2025 vehicle drives perfectly and looks impeccable without a scratch or dent. In a world of disappearing empathy and almost nonexistent customer service, I can’t express how much I appreciate Amber, Josh and the team at McElwain especially when I needed a reputable and trust worthy shop.
