Well overdue review. Took my 98 OBS to this place to get my rear end straightened out due to rear end collision on highway. Went there without the truck bed on so the people could see the extent of the damage. The person who did the estimate took some tool out that is used to see if the body is square & sure enough he said it was an easy fix & I would take him about a week to get it fixed. So during the process he calls me & says I needed new leaf springs because they were damaged, something he didn't mention during the initial estimate. So I went out & got some used ones for about 250 bucks. Took them to him the same day he told me I needed them. Next call I get from him he tells me my truck is ready. I go in & i had to help the man put the truck bed on because he didn't have people to help him. So he tells me to come back later after he's done doing the last things. I go back later on & according to him the truck is done. He started to say that the chassis is damaged beyond repair. Or that that's not something he can fix. So he added a bunch of washers & long bolts underneath the cabin to try to make it level with the truck bed. I'm at a loss for words & don't really know how to go about what comes next so I say ok. So I go to leave with the truck & I'm sitting in the drivers seat trying to start it & it's cranking but not starting. I try it a few times. Nothing. I'm like... what's going.. we look at each other & he even says himself it wasn't doing that before.. so he decides to lift the truck bed up so he can see what's going on & what do you know.. the fuel line that goes the fuel pump got kinked & broken from the fuel pump. So he tries to fiddle with it for a good 15-20mins or so until finally he says just come back a little later I'll get this fixed. In the short time that I was there I noticed the man trying to use some sort of silicone or adhesive of some sort to try & fix the problem. I leave & come back later & he says he "fixed it". So after $850++ money spent he not only did not fix the truck rear end, which i paid him to do, he messed up my fuel pump & mickey moused to get it to "work" again & the newer leaf springs that i bought he ended up heating up & pounding them to force them to fit on the damaged chassis. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone & i will be filing a report with the BBB.

I went to this shop to get some repairs done after a crash, and they did a very professional job with excellent communication and service. I'll gladly come back again.
