Mazda service department is incredible. I was greeted by Chris and he was very informative about my maintenance on my vehicle. He also arranged for a driver to take me back to work. Suburban has been the only place I have served my vehicle since I bought it. I would highly recommend but experience it for yourself.

Disappointed loyal customer! I was unaware that appointments were made through a call center. I made an appointment for service and the young lady told me she was noting my concerns. I rearranged my schedule to drive from Detroit to Farmington Hills only to be told my appointment was listed as a drop off and would not be finished if I waited as I scheduled. I explained my conversation with the young lady who scheduled my appointment and was told she just worked for a call center and there were no notes. There were no attempts directed towards me to reschedule or anything. I do understand the situation the gentleman was placed in however good customer service goes a long way. From the day I purchased my vehicle from Surburban that has been the place I have chosen to provide routine maintenance and repairs if needed. Just not sure who dropped the ball and why I had to take the consequence.
