Steve, Andrew and Derick were awesome! They moved with purpose changed my trailer tires super quick and gave me a great price! What a great team! I will come back and recommend anyone needing their tires and brakes done come see these guys! Only complaint, no free coffee.... :(

Walked in just minutes before closing with a screw in my tire. I knew there was a slim chance they could help today but they gladly took me in and patched the tire! Excellent customer service from start to finish! So appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile and make sure we travel safely for the holiday! Thanks guys!

Very satisfied experience! From the new management to customer service and tire specialist, communication and consideration was great! There was one lug nut that the last tire place could not get off. Management was concerned with the length of time and efficiency. They gave us complete service beyond expectation.

Went to mavis this morning to get the tires rotated on my Jeep. I didn’t buy them there but Steve and the crew took very good care of my needs. They are a great shop to deal with. I recommend giving them a chance next time you need service. Thanks again for the great service. I will be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on my tires, brakes and alignment. Store manager went the extra mile ensuring that everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely use this Hartwell store again for future tire service.

What a great shop this is! My tire blew out on the interstate, and the tow truck driver dropped me off here—what an amazing choice that was. The team got me back on the road quickly and made sure the job was done right. If you need fast, reliable, and honest service, this is the place to come. The workers are respectful and carry out their work with true integrity. I only wish this shop was in my hometown!

The last time I went to Mavis back in March to get a set of brand new tires I had to sit and wait for 8 hours. It was a horrible experience. I had sat on the side of the road with a flat that day having to get towed to Mavis then having to sit for 8 more hours was physically draining. The management at that time was horrible. I went today to get one of the tires I had gotten from Mavis was leaking air. The new manager Lisa was amazing. She assured me that I would not have to wait long at all. She assured me and made me feel very comfortable about my safety in my car. They fixed the problem. Lisa and her crew technicians in the back were very nice and my experience their today was so much different and very pleasant. Thank you Lisa and crew for the loving care you all showed today.

Great staff at the Hartwell location!! I set up the appointment through their corporate office, when I arrived I was informed there had been a mix up resulting in my ordered tires not arriving. The manager and lead technician didn't hesitate to stop what they were doing to find a solution, which ended up costing me significantly less than I was expecting to pay. Great team, got my business!
