This place was an absolute nightmare. The “repair” took months, was given *seven* different pick up dates. Even the manager, Joel, couldn’t take responsibility. When I finally got the car back the interior was damaged - black gunk on the walls and seats, ceilings, window panels no longer functioned. It was so bad I had to take it to a different Master Collision and have it all fixed and get the car detailed. They still weren’t able to get the black residue off the seats after that. Avoid at all costs.

I am SO HAPPY to be back in my car so quickly! I can't say thank you enough to Pernell and the team at Master Collision for starting and finishing all my repairs in literally 7 working days. Pernell knew I was paying out of pocket for my rental, and he pushed the team to get my car wrapped up today before the weekend, which has been the highlight of my year so far. They worked directly with my insurance company making this process, which I was terrified of, so quick and painless that I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, accident related repairs. My son ran up and gave my car a huge hug when we picked it up - we couldn't be happier. Can’t say enough good things about our experience - from the front desk to the quote (complete with a tour of the shop) and work. Communication was clear and consistent, the work was fast and looks great! They worked with our insurance (Progressive) with no hiccups. If you have to deal with a fender bender this felt about as pain free as it could possibly be!

Pernell, Liz and the other members of the Master Collison team are amazing. After the accident I had a few months ago I was so distraught. I love my car and got rear ended during the nasty ice storm we had around Thanksgiving time. Immediately when I came in to give them my key I expressed concern about life long problems with my car and Pernell did his best to reassure me. As my car was getting worked on, the insurance I went through was slow and refused to cover some things. Pernell tried his best to advocate for me and always kept in touch on how my car was doing. I picked it up yesterday and had a light come on and called Pernell. He told me to come in immediately and reassured me he would help me however he could. I almost left the office crying because he made me feel welcome and honestly made me feel so much better about a situation that made me feel extremely stressed out. I would definitely recommend master Collison to anyone. I just appreciate that Pernell is patient with my anxiety and Liz was amazing, always reaching out to make sure I didn't get screwed over by the insurances rental car they provided me.
