Came for an inspection, and it was done at a timely manner. And not as expensive as I thought. I'll be coming here every 2 years for my inspection. As a new car owner, I didn't know i was supposed to renew certain things. Now I know.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father trusted these people over and has been ripped off thousands of dollars. Each time something wasn’t quite right, or needed another repair. I am really writing this review to alert anyone of even thinking of supporting this business you will be frustrated at the end and your vehicle will be worse off. It’s unfortunate because they prey on people who really want to support this business in the Bronx.

Wasted my time only to try to upsell in the end. I wanted alignment. They claimed my tie rods needed replacement because they were rusty. They tried to show me how the bolt would not move by going at it without any lubricant. And to their surprise it actually moved but then it was stuck in the inner tie rod. So I had to tell them their job I said “why don’t you just use a second wrench to hold down the inner tie rod” they shrugged and put the car down. They then offered to write me up a quote for tie rod replacement. There are teenagers working here selling out for extra $$. I went down the block found a nice mechanic who put in 20 minutes of effort and did the alignment for a cheaper price. You guys are dumb

Came in because my car has been making a noise for some time now but i didn’t know what it was . They took it for a spin and right away showed me and explained to me in detail what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Specially being a female i don’t know much about cars but they was very detailed and was not trying to get over on me . Everything they said they did and a few hours later my car felt like i was skating on ice that’s how smooth it felt and sounded . I was amazed that that was the same car i dropped off earlier that day to them . I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need for car repairs. You guys gained a new customer. & NOEL thank you for your time and patiences .
