Smart Tire Shop & Flat Fix Bronx New York

After reading multiple reviews I went against my better judgement and gave this place a chance. Let’s just say, I wouldn’t bring my bicycle to this place much less my car!! I went to this place four different times and each time Jose made it sound like it was my Smart Car that was the issue…after being fed up and annoyed I went to another spot near by and they were able to fix the issues quickly and correctly the first time!! My car feels like brand new again!! I was able to pass inspection with no problems!! Jose & his crew are legit scammers!!!

The Harlem Edition is my 2014 Smart. When it is in distress I take it uptown and let Jose take care of it At 100,058 thousand miles the radiator fan was rattling and on the way out also the starter had begun to start sometimes and not other times. Today I called Jose at 8am Had the car at the shop at 10 am..... 2pm DONE ..... New Radiator Fan installed. The Starter was checked and found to have corrosion on the wiring and solenoid, it was cleaned up and reconnected. I was back home at 230pm with car restored and good to go. If you have a problem or need a part for your Smart, Call Jose..... He got it, You got it ........ DONE!

DO NOT GO HERE. Jose the main mechanic stole money from my car and claims he doesn’t know what happened to it, a spare gas canister I had in the trunk and left my car with an oil leak from a stripped drain plug from the oil pan. I still have a check engine light from the repair and he’s ignoring my calls now. NEVER AGAIN.
