called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist is just an airhead. pretty unbelievable. I guess not surprising for the town though. after a minor accident was referred here by the Toyota dealer. I guess we'll go find a real place. Pathetic really. she said we don't fix cars.

I had my 2024 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 fixed by Markley Collision in December 2024-January 2025. The front tire was blown out, and the back passenger get side end was completely jacked up from an accident in which a woman (without a driver’s license…ugh) rammed into my parked car in the parking lot at my work. I immediately called Pedersen Toyota to ask where to go because I had only bought the car two weeks prior, and they said they send all Toyotas to Marley Collision because they do a great job. Every step of the way, the Markley staff kept me updated. They were easy to reach, very friendly, great at explaining things, and fixed the car in 4 weeks. The car came back to me looking brand new. I’m so impressed with the work itself and with the staff. I highly recommend them!
