The delearship had my car for 2 in a half months. They hadn't even looked at my car for over a week upon it being there. Finally knowing what was wrong with my vehicle. The service guy, Bill, was not pleasant, and had no customer service skills. I had to micro manage the whole process. Even after speaking with the service manager Ethan.Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business, EVER! Thumbs down.

I brought my car in for repairs. And they left my car doors unlocked and a homeless man Ramsacked my car took my emergency money I keep in my car and a couple pair of earrings out of my car. The police called me at 3 AM to let me know that they found a man in my car. When I went to go pick my vehicle up. They act like they didn't know anything about the incident! I feel like they were very irresponsible leaving people's vehicles unlocked overnight

I purchased a new 2021 Buick Envision and had no issues with it until I got my first flat tire. I went to change it and I discovered I never received a lug nut key, the key required to change a tire. I called the service center and they recommended I get my Envision towed to their center, instead of driving one mile down the road to bring me a key. I finally get my vehicle towed to their center and absolutely no one makes the effort to find me a key and told me “we just have one guy working, he will help you as soon as he gets these tires on another vehicle.” So, long story longer, I’m still sitting at the service center waiting for a key so I can change my tire and go home.

Great for buying a vehicle. Our sales guy Chris is great. I made the decision not to get extended warranty for an extra 6000 bucks that would have been added to my car loan. Took it in this week because engine light came on. They called me later to tell me my starter was bad. Quoted me 1100 bucks to replace. That's just freaking crazy since I priced starters. They were basically going to charge 1000 bucks in labor for an hour job. The short of it is I had my truck towed to a garage for free in New Rome I bought the starter. The guy had it done in 45 minutes, starter and his labor cost me 270 bucks total after I took the old core back.

Added review for service - The service team was very respectful and well-mannered while making sure my Buick was in tip-top shape during my 7500 mile maintenance. Definitely will be coming back for future service repairs. Well worth it.
