Katy and Jorge deliver outstanding, excellent service! I highly recommend Mark’s University for your vehicle maintenance, hands down! Today just happens to be Jórge’s birthday! There is no other comparison! I have known Jórge and Katy for many years! Jórge is a phenomenol referral! I could not have asked for better service! They have decent prices for superb service within convenient time periods. There is no long wait times, which is fantastic! They are extremely busy, therefore I highly suggest scheduling an appt. prior to your arrival. Jórge also uses new parts, not old parts for any and all rebuilds, depending on your service, which is nice to know. Jórge manages his shop accordingly, and employees elite mechanics to work for his customers. I had a great experience. My truck was only there for a day and a half and they had to take it apart, diagnose the problem, put it back together to confirm the repair with me, ordered the part and by the middle of the next day I had a new fuel pump and my truck was operating at 100% again. Solved the check engine light and it’s been a week after so far with 0 problems. I appreciated the quick work and great communication from George. Would trust them with any of my vehicles

We have always had a good experience at university Auto. They go above & beyond the call. I just recently had my Hyundai Sonata engine take a dump right after the hundred thousand mile warranty expired. Shocker‼️‼️ 🙄 George, who overseas finding and purchasing the equipment for repairs among many other duties, found an engine for me with 50,000 miles on it. We were ok with that and were about to settle when, A few days later I got a call from him stating that he successfully found an engine with 0 miles. We were so amazed that he didn’t just give up. He continued looking until he found the best outcome for us. We trust University and find that they have the most qualified mechanics on hand. We would never take our cars anywhere else. They are beyond five stars. Thank you sooo much George and university Auto. 💚👍🏼

We needed to find a new mechanic after our old faithful Beach Boys retired. Called Mark's University Service for an emergency repair. He was busy but took our car in and would try to fit it in somehow. I appreciated the prompt communication throughout the repair and was able to get our truck back to us pretty quickly. I can tell this is going to be our go to for any of our future needs. I feel just from our one experience that this is a business with integrity and honesty. Thank you for helping us out and sooo glad we found our new mechanic!

Jorge and the team always work quickly. They provide quality, affordable service. They communicate promptly. Before these guys, I hadn’t had a mechanic I trust in nearly 10 years. So glad to have found these guys 3 years ago. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had my car towed to Mark's University today, based on the amazing reviews and people that I know who also take their car there. I received a call back sooner than expected as to what the issue was with my car. I had them start the work and within a few hours, I was sent a text that my car was ready! I was thrilled! They were friendly and honest and I truly appreciated the communication! I would highly recommend Mark's University!!

Part 1 - George has a bad attitude. Part 2, in response to the owner - George lied about advising me that there would be any sort of fee associated with diagnosis. He literally never mentioned it. When I noticed that he had marked up the cost of the necessary part for my second repair by $500 I declined the repair as any rational person would. Perhaps that is your game - don't tell people how much you mark up parts, and when they balk at the ridiculous markup, you whack them for a "diagnosis" fee. I paid you guys $800 for another job where you marked up up cost of the auto part two weeks prior to that, so don't pretend I ever asked your guys to work for free, you just got a little too greedy this time. Part 3 - My decline of the diagnosis fee had nothing to do with displeasure, it was due to the fact that it was a complete surprise. My vehicle was repaired quite easily (by my own hands) at a savings of $1600 compared to your quote. I repeat - At NO POINT was any diagnosis fee ever discussed. I wouldn't respond any longer if I were you, you have already lied enough. Save yourself further humiliation.

I always have a great experience with these guys. They are great at communication, quote me a price that is usually slightly under what I'm expecting, and finish the work in a timely manner. They're also walking distance from my house, which doesn't get more convenient. We started using them not too long ago, and I don't think we will go anywhere else from now on.
