Had a great experience while shopping at this AutoZone needed new windshield wiper blades and the auto technician. Travis came out and helped me put them on my car in the rain. I love this AutoZone will definitely be back here to purchase more auto parts.

Had the chance to receive help from Jim B and Conner, today. Big difference in the day/night crew as far as knowledge and willingness to help by actually looking at the car you’re purchasing parts for. Jim helped me narrow down a short in the tail light wiring by running a series of easy tests that I could not do without a second set of eyes. I purchased the parts from Conner and they both were very helpful and cared about my personal outcome. I really appreciated their investment in my success. Thank you gentlemen!

Amazing customer service every time we visit and always have the items in store we need. Today I became a true AutoZone fan, the company really shows it's customers it cares in the right ways. As a go to store for emergencies or service it's important to have knowledgeable employees. I visited this AutoZone a few days ago, and I was super impressed with the service I received. Nina, one of the employees, was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get a new car battery installed. Her expertise and saved me time and potential headaches. Amazing service!

David with Redlands AutoZone is a treasure. A very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable guy that has excellent customer service. He made buying our car batteries quick and easy and even carried them out to our car. I usually dread having to deal with anything automotive but people like David make it enjoyable. Thank you!
