Disappointed to say the least. After taking my car here for years of service and routine maintenance, I am furious with how my most recent experience transpired ! April of 2023 I brought my car in for an oil leak . Picked it up and it drove fine for about four days. I Went to visit my in laws in PA and drove up the north east extension only to have my engine seize up ( first time ever mind you ). Immediately took the car back in to the shop to find out someone forgot to put the filler cap back on after fixing said oil leak and all the oil drained from my engine . All I got was a simple “oops sorry about that”. Fast forward to the next time my car seized up while driving on route 130 . Again the car was brought back in. I was told it was a bad battery ground terminal this time. Paid to replace it. All the while taking it in for appropriate maintenance and service. The engine started burning oil at an alarming rate where I had to check it with every gas stop. I made sure to keep plenty of oil with me in my care for fear that the engine would seize again. When I tell you This car has not been driving right since they fixed it in an understatement. Two weeks ago while backing out of my driveway surprise surprise the car died . Called and Had it towed to them . They for some odd reason insisted on calling my husband for all communications in regards to MY car ! When I’m the one who called and explained what the problem was . He Told my husband that it would cost $120 to take the engine cover off to see what was causing the problem . After doing so we were told we needed a new engine and it wasn’t worth replacing and that he had another car just like mine in his lot with a bad engine too. He went on to explain that this is just what happens to these cars with high mileage . Don’t get me wrong I’m aware this car wasn’t going to last forever however when I pressed him on the issue that there have been multiple issues with my car ever since they forgot to put the oil cap back on and my engine seized. He claims no responsibility and brushed it off. I’m infuriated because this place has had my car in for repairs 5 times in the past year and then my engine up and dies . I’ve previously asked him about the timing belt and was told no it was fine and there was no need to fix that. Turns out my engine is out of time . I asked him that they’ve had my car in multiple times and there was never any indication that this might happen ? All I got was his generic response that this just happens to older cars! He told me and I quote: “ just give me the title and I’ll take care of it , and we’ll call it even for the diagnostic work “. You wouldn’t be covering anything up would you ?? So shady as far as I am concerned . Today I went to pick up my belongings only to be charged $200 + for diagnostics ,$63 of which was for reading and clearing a code! The nerve of this guy ! Both my parents cars, my husband and my car as well as my sisters cars have been brought to maple shade auto body for years but we will no longer be giving you our business . Think twice before you bring your vehicle here you may be in the same predicament I’m in where I had to purchase a new car !

Had starter issues and got car towed in that morning. They had my car ready that day and came in clutch. Also I had recently replaced my battery on my Honda and couldn’t find the radio code. They took care of it! Awesome job guys thank you for the great service

They repaired another shops mess up well. They didn’t call me to authorize repairs, and just did them. I had to follow up 5 hours after drop off and was told work is done, here’s your bill. I could tell they didn’t test the work, bc my car still shook at high speeds. Careless customer service to do repairs without quoting me, and not calling me when done. They fixed another guys useless work; but didn’t fix my problem. I took it to the dealer who diagnosed the rattling issue finally and repaired it. For those 3 reasons I can’t recommend these guys at least for major work.
