Major Chevrolet Service

Absolutely horrendous service center. I've gotten conflicting reports about the issues that my car has had since purchasing and have had to come back many times for essentially all the same issues. One of which, was supposedly serviced every one of those times yet persists in the exact same way that it was when I first came in. Expect to waste an entire day here even if you come early and expect to have to return multiple times because they didn't actually fix your issues. Employees are understanding and friendly (Mark especially is a fantastic person) but the employees friendliness doesn't change the fact that service wise, it's been a terrible experience.

Came in at 9:30 Saturday morning for an oil change 3 hours later I’m told that they find a hole in a tube. Oil change that was $169 turns into $777 and the car still not done at 12:30. Mind you it closes at 2pm. 5 hrs later and down $800. TF. Place change service still sucks but kills u with kindness

This place is crazy I was told I had to leave my car for 1 week and my car has been for three weeks.No calls or nothing I call them and you never get through it's always an answer machine and your call doesn't get returned. my car is still there and I haven't heard anything This is very un professional

Nenad has always treated me will and has helped me keep my Malabu in top shape for 15 years. Always Very helpful with any issues with my car. I'm am very happy with his service and attitude 😁

Manager Nenad, Jessica & Luz are simply the best! Rarely have I liked a car repair place. I always feel like they wanna hose me with excessive and expensive repairs. Not Major World Service Department. Outstanding service and they make you feel like you're part of the family.
