Empire Buick GMC Cadillac of Long Island City Service

I had given them 8500 $ In one shot , For my GMC 2021 denali warranty for 100,000 miles At the time , of warranty they told me if smthing goes wrong Priority will comes to my vehicle , as of my vehicle is a TLC vehicle When i actually went to fix my car dashboard lights., My car was there for 6 days Even no body even touched it , After that their atttitude was complete change , towards me Like i am a burden to them Donna is lady there , carries one of the worst attitude , she even put my wrong info like my contact no. etc in the system. N worst is , after all in the end they charged 1250 $ Stating that , this doesn’t cvd in the warranty and the worst thing is after one day. Same lights again come in car dashboard., Guys plz help your self. Dont go on this service center and give them one shot money They ll treat you garbage , Keep your time & money with you, so atleast if smthing goes wrong You can fix on your own; With respect I wish i can give them “0” Star N i never want to see donna there Worst service ever.,

Came in for my mileage service and advised Kathy that I had a doctors apt and I was in and out! It’s been snowy so she also gave me a courtesy car wash! Great service especially on a Saturday morning! 10/10

Donna at the service department has always been amazing to work with—straight to the point, no BS. I had a 2011 GMC Terrain which was serviced couple times there and the experience has always been good. The car finally died and it wasn't worth the repair. So I sold it to Peddle.com and arranged for a tow truck to pick up at the service dept. I couldn't be there in person due to work schedule and the truck was one day late! Donna and the service dept completely helped me out and made my otherwise0-would-have-been-a-nightmare experience smooth and worry free!

Good afternoon, people I was there a few days ago for an oil change and general inspection of the car And I have to tell you my experience I was greeter by Donna she was very professional and took my car right away, and immediately started the paperwork. I waited for my car after inspection. I was informed the antifreeze tank had to be changed The work was done ✔️ in a good time For sure I will come back to this place I absolutely recommend Donna is very professional and knowledgeable Thank you so much for the great work 😀

I have to say that Empire of Long Island City saved my life. Due to health problems in my family I could not get there to do the inspection. Sally as Great as she is had them come pickup the car for me even though I’m less then half a mile away. She is very professional and is very nice to speak with. I am very pleased with the service from the dealer.

Very good place. You need to go! Quickly service! First in first come out! Oil change for my 2021 Cadillac Escalade Esv much cheaper than Long Island Cadillac Service Center. Find Kathy! She's worth every penny you cost.
