Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help, but they also had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience stress-free. They told me if I could bring the car in right away, they’d put it on the lift and check it out. Sure enough, within minutes of arriving, they had the car up, step-by-step photos on the screen, and a clear explanation of my options. The best part? They had us back on the road in just over 45 minutes! Plus, their hospitality in the lobby—offering complimentary coffee and water—made the wait even better. If you need work done I highly recommend Mad Hatter Auto Repair. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner they also have great customer service skills. These guys are awesome! Vince and Collin really performed a freaking miracle for me today & within only a few hours I'm just so thankful for honest guys like this at a mechanic shop with the best Southern hospitality customer service I've ever experienced even though we are right here in the Midwest these guys made me feel like I was back home where I'm originally from Texas. I highly recommend Mad hatter out here in council bluffs from now on these are my go-to guys with my vehicle repairs. P.s. they have coffee and a comfortable warm waiting/lounge area with TV where you can watch what you want.

Vince helped me get in and out in a very timely. They were very kinda and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here for all my vehicle service needs, and would recommend closest family and friends to bring there vehicles here as well. They will not disappoint!

Very professional and very helpful on explaining everything that I needed to understand. They made me feel comfortable, like I was part of there family. Only complaint is that we don’t have them where I live. I would go to them whenever I have a problem with my car.
